Which way does your spot/search light point?

I keep mine pointing aft to minimize the amount of salt on the lenses and minimize the chance of leaks around the front of the light.
I turned the spotlight upside down on the bowpulpit so that I could have a yacht club Burgee flying on a vertical staff.
