Thanks!

View the latest post Raritan head running but filling up with water

I have an 88 360 aft cabin with Raritan Electric Heads. They both occasionally have issues with flushing. The macerator runs fine and the water comes in but then the bowl just fills with water while it spins. Sometimes they work perfect but this seems to happen to often lately. I have replaced the joker (duckbill) valves, impellers, blew out vent lines (even disconnected them) and it still happens.

View the latest post 3207 Seat Base Dia/Pattern

Hey Guys,

Anyone know right off hand what the OEM seat base diameter and bolt pattern for the 3207 is on the fly bridge? Bought some nice new Taylor Made seats and going to add a couple new telescoping bases. Might cut back to two seats and a cherry side table up there. Everyone else have three chairs up top from the factory?

View the latest post Side deck drain leaking

I believe I have a side deck drain leaking. Water finds its way into the aft cabin head. I guess there is a tube within the drain that is cracked. any thoughts?

View the latest post 3207 Adding a lower helm station

I might have an opportunity to remove the lower helm station from another 3207 for future installation on mine. I'm imagining the removal should be fairly simple (famous last words). Steering hoses and wiring probably connect to the same systems from the upper helm to the engine bay through the corner of the forward head. Throttle and shift cables probably go through the salon floor to the engines. I'm planning to remove the windshield wipers too.

Has anyone done this? Is there any major obstacle to this project that I'm not taking into consideration? If anyone has pics of the inside of their lower helm it would be great to see them. Thanks.

View the latest post Attachment(s) MEFI-4 Idle Hunt at Start Mystery

Am struggling with a mystery.

I have twin 2004 crusader 6.0s. On any start, hot or cold, the engine hunts for idle with wide swings. It settles eventually or if I give it a bit of throttle, it settles back quicker. It also happens when I throttle down in neutral, it hunts a bit before settling down. (RPMS are stable at anywhere over 1k). I changed the MAP sensors with no effect. I changed the IAC valves, it just made it worse funny enough. I really don't want to spend more on parts or buying a scanner. Are there any other usual suspects I missed? These engines perform flawlessly under load...this issue is more being picky but it drives me crazy.
Any ideas? I was thinking about the coolant temp sensors but I am not getting any CEL and the issue occurs regardless of whether the engine is hot or cold.

Thanks in advance.
