Attached is a picture of the mirror above the master bed. It's starting to come loose. I'm assuming it's glued to the ceiling. Can anyone verify that?

I have exhaustively searched for replacement aft transom door hinges (2) without success. They appear to be double offset "L" hinges with 3 holes with middlle hole offset by 2 inches. Dimensions are 3.75 tall by 1.375 wide per hinge side or 2.75 total width. I suppose I might have to order a custom blank hinge and drill the holes myself? Thank for any resources one could contribute to this ongoing search. Steve

Hi All anyone know how to remove the fridge on my 1983 2807? TIA

Had a hard freeze. 1989 454. I verified the middle freeze plug is gone and water shoots out of the hole. Oil looks like milk. Am I screwed?

I have a 450 Voyager. The latch inside the pilothouse door broke. I am wondering if anyone has removed the door for repairs and how they did it. I can't get the door past the grab rail.

The 3207 I bought does not have the original AC/DC frig, it has a small dorm frig in that space.

My question is, how necessary is it to have an AC/DC fridge, instead of AC only? We're going to replace the dorm fridge,
but I don't want to spend $1400-$1800 on an AC/DC unit when an $300 AC unit will suffice.

Hello everyone, we recently sold our 1994 Carver 280 Express after 9 great years with her. We just took delivery of a 1984 Carver 3607 aft cabin this past weekend. She has twin 454 mercs and we do have much to learn about this boat. Any advice or things to look for would be appreciated. I’m sure I will have many questions along the way as we get used to a much larger boat and spend as much time as possible in the western basin of wonderful Lake Erie this summer. We hope to soon cruise to Canada, Michigan, New York and our goal is to do the entire Erie Canal next summer. -Capt. Steve-O

Hi -
Some of the labels on my helm have wore off. I want to relabel them. I recently bought this boat so I do not even know what it may or may not operate. The original owners manual wasn't helpful either.
Does anyone know of, or have a pictures that show the labels of all the controls/switches on the helm dashboard?
Here is a photo of my dashboard.

My 98 Aft Cabin 405 has 2 holding tanks that service our 2 VacuFlush Heads.
I usually have them pumped out at our marina and if I venture miles out into the ocean I can use the OVERBOARD DISCHARGE to empty out. Last time I did this I noticed “poo resido” on the outside of the boat under the vent hole. Never saw this before. Looked at the vent hose from behind my port engine and it looks hard to get at. Or is this an actual problem?
Suggestions please.
