I would like to add a fish finder to my boat. I have a depth finder, but would like to know what the bottom looks like and the water temp. I have an ipad running Navionic's charts. Both the wi-fish and sonar phone will overlay their information on the charts. My question is, which one has a better representation of the bottom?

Typically, what pressure range do crank driven raw water pumps operate in, idle up to wide open throttle? I've been a little under the weather lately and have not worked on my project. So, it gives time to think about some improvements and search the web. I want to add a pressure gauge to my dash so I can keep tabs on what the pump is doing.

I once saw an online site that had various flooring templates for boats, but I can't find it now.

We want to install simulated teak flooring on our 2001 396 this spring so does anyone know where I can get the cutting templates for this?

Considering the once again atrocious work done by the shrink wrap guy, we are now forced to go another route. I would appreciate any comment from our Canadian boaters who know of someone or have knowledge of how good these winter covers are.The boat show trip is coming and I will be ordering something there..... ......

Looking at a 1996 located in florida. Boat has been sitting in the water for a year without care, divers or zincs. Could the bottom possibly be ruined? Could the thru-hulls be ruined? Props?, Shafts?.....what else would be a concern?

Recently I manipulated a freshwater line as an alternative source for a fresh water flush to my aft head that is a raw water electric / macerating Raritan model. My modification allowed me fresh water flow through the impeller to a working head while on the hard getting work done. I am researching a freshwater head to replace the raw water Raritan I currently have for ease of use and less potty boat. I also am looking for a model that would allow my wife with no plumbing knowledge to use without guidance. The local plumber that preys on the dock for victims told me he could switch both heads out for 8,000. I told him to let the clutch out and keep moving. Any experiences with switching out heads is appreciated. Thanks

I need to replace some parts and I can't find a "Parts Manual" anywhere on the web. I do have the owners manual, but it does not include a parts list. I did contact the Parts Coordinator at Marquis / Carver Yachts and they didn't have one.

Does anyone know where I can find a copy.
