View the latest post 1985 Carver 3207 MotorYacht Parts Manual - Needed

I need to replace some parts and I can't find a "Parts Manual" anywhere on the web. I do have the owners manual, but it does not include a parts list. I did contact the Parts Coordinator at Marquis / Carver Yachts and they didn't have one.

Does anyone know where I can find a copy.

Thanks

View the latest post Ineresting situation when river in flood

So our river is in flood, currently the river is flowing at 5-6 knots. The speed limit on the river is 6 knots, So when running upstream you are fighting a 5-6 knot current, therefore to attain a 6 knot over ground speed your hull is actually running at 11-12 knot hull speed, now that's not a problem for my boat, however the wake you produce is the equated to the hull speed, not the over ground speed. even slowing to 4 knots over ground speed you are still producing quite a wake.
On our river we have a number of liveaboards who do not move, (state of their boats they will never move again, apart from vertically down). So on Sunday I managed to upset one or 2. Not only me thought, about 1/2 mile ahead was another baot with the same issue. To make headway you have to run to a given speed.
Returning down stream you have the opposite problem, tickover on my engines, and I was running at 7 knots over ground, but the hull speed through the water was 2 knots, zero wake.

Just food for thought.

View the latest post 3607 rudder replacement

Does anyone know of someone parting out a 3607 or know where to buy replacement rudders for a 3607?? I was able to remove a bent rudder with no problems and the prop guy was able to straighten it, but during the cooling process it cracked in two pieces. I have been all over the internet looking for replacements with little luck. Any help or a point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

View the latest post 355 water in bilge

I couldn't find any posts on this subject when I did a search. I have a '98 355 and I've had water collecting in the bilge in the aft cabin and I haven't identified where it's coming in. The boat is on land now and when I was checking on the boat the other day I found that water had collected there again - well it's ice at this point. There wasn't any water there when it was put on land. Has anyone had this problem and did you find where rain water was getting in?

View the latest post 2003 Carver 53' voyager spotlight

Hello, we just purchased a 2003 Carver 53' voyager in Ft. Lauderdale. Someone removed the search light from the bow rail but the wires are still there and the controllers at both stations are there. Does anyone know the original light manufacturer and what could I just plug into the wire harness? Rick

My windshield wiper motors are bad and need to be replaced. Does any body know how to easily access these motors? We don't see an easy way to remove them.

Also, does anyone know where to get replacement cushions for fly bridge from original makers? :captain2:

View the latest post Propellers

Hi guys

Fellow santagoians, I sent my props out for reconditioning and they came back "do not recusitate". To much metal fatiiagie.

I have the 1989 3467 vessell and the manual indicates the optimal prop is 4 blade 20x22.

Does that hold true for 2018.

Any suggestions greatlY appreciated

Guy

View the latest post Attachment(s) Mariner 350 Swimstep ladder

The bottom rung on my swimstep ladder broke.
Trying to find a replacement, so I emailed Carver and was given the company who made them.
I tried contacting them but there is no answer.
I as wondering if anyone has had experience replacing that ladder?...it seems different from all the rest.
