I'm the proud new owner of my first ever boat a 2003 Carver Mariner 350 :confused:

. I purchased this Mariner out of Oklahoma and it's currently on its way here to San Diego California and should arrive by this Friday. Hoping to learn as much as I can from you guys and maybe meeting some fellow Carver owners here around San Diego.

Anyways I know how much people like pictures so here are some of when it got loaded for the move.

The sliding main hatch on our 400 is requiring more frequent attention to stay sliding. Any hints on how to get to the slider/roller on the upper and lower edges? And then what they are made of, to use the correct lubricant.
This is the smoked acrylic(?) in the inverted L shaped, and the brand is Ultrac.
I googled the brand and got nothing on Google.

Well hello boys and girls. I've thrown my neck out and and am sitting at the hospital waiting to be seen. Free Healthcare is awfully nice but it's not fast!
I wonder if you guys might weigh in on this. Every winter I wrap my demanding mistress - a 1990 3807. Why do we do this? She sits in the water every summer exposed to the elements rain and hail aand scorching sun. If I were to remove all canvas and cushion then just protect the helm what issues am I introducing? Thanks all!

I have a1987 Riviera 28 with twin 220hp crusaders. One engine is fine at low rpms, but when advancing the throttle, the revs drop and then go up and down. Checked fuel filter. Rebuilt carbs installed 3 years age because of similar problem, was fine until now. Is the carb bad again or is something else causing the problem?

Question. I'm kinda new to the inboard thing. Why would someone have the drive shafts and props plus have out drives?

Has anybody removed the vinyl padding around the cockpit of a 2002 350 mariner? Mine are looking a little worn and I want to reupholster them.

Attached to the rail around the sundeck are plastic panels. My port panels are missing along with the aluminum corner piece. I'm sure if the panels aren't readily available I could go to TAP plastics, BUT the aluminum corner piece. Any ideas where I can find one?
