View the latest post Trim tabs on 1979 voyager 3326

Trim tabs are not functioning. The boat is on the hard and I can hear the pump motor running when I press the switch but nothing happens, no movement in the tabs. I'm very surprised at the size of what I think is the reservior for the system, yes there is fluid in the reservior. Any ideas on how to get things working. I'm going to disconnect the lines to the pistons this weekend to verify the pump is working.

The information about the stearing system was very helpfull.

View the latest post My Swim platform was destroyed in the storm.

A couple nights ago, Georgia had a bad storm and my rear line broke and proceeded to slam my Teak swim platform into the dock over and over.
Now I need another one. Anyone know where I can find a 10' Swim platform for a decent price?
Here is my old one.

View the latest post Shower pump is going out, what kind is it?

My Shower Pump is spitting water instead of pumping it. Is there a rebuild kit for them? The motor runs good, but I assume the diaphragm is bad or dried out.

View the latest post What is the best product to clean a nasty bilge?

In my 3207 I inherited a disgusting bilge. The motors were re manufactured and when they replaced them they left a lot of trash and oil in the bilge. What is the best way to get all that nasty out. I want a clean bilge. I had stepping down there and then can't get back into my salon without tracking grease everywhere.

View the latest post Head fans - Carver 466 MY 2001

Hi, my head fans do not work. Does anybody know how to get to them - perhaps need de-dusting, not sure. I have tried the switches and taken the mirror off the ceiling in the aft head. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

View the latest post bilge blower

Hi my name is Bill Stevens, I just bought a 2005 38 ft. Carver SS I was running the motors today in my slip when I went to turn off the blowers they stayed on but shut off when I shut the motors down, other times when I was taking the boat out for a ride the blowers would turn off when I hit the switch.I was wondering if being plug in at the dock this is a safety measure. any feedback would be great. thanks Bill

View the latest post Attachment(s) Bought a Carver - Voyager 570

Hello all,

After six years of owning a 2001 Cruisers 4450 I've just closed on a 2003 Carver Voyager 570. Currently the voyager is in Port Clinton, OH and I'm in Chicago. I'm waiting on the ice in the Straits of Mackinaw to melt so that I can get her home.

I'm excited to spend some time on the new boat and get to know her. Also looking forward to interacting with others here. Any other 570 owners?

Ben

View the latest post Attachment(s) EVC Unit

Hello, New to the Carver family but really enjoying my new to me 2005 model 396MY. Maybe a silly question but I do not see anything in the paper work I got with the boat. On the helm is a EVC unit (I attached a picture) Is there anywhere I can find instructions or details on how to use this unit? Thanks for the help.
