I am an owner of a 1986 28ft. Carver aft cabin with my home port being Biloxi ,Ms.It has the standard twin 220 crusader engines. I also still own the shell of a 1985 28ft. Carver aft cabin that sunk during hurricane Katrina.

I have a water leak problem with my '94 carver 320. The leak is not a drip, but a small flow causing the bilge pump to cycle every hour or so. It appears to be coming from the stbd exhaust area. When I tilted the boat to get the exhaust exit fitting out of the water it stopped. Thinking that it may be a fitting tightner that I cannot get at till next years haulout, I decided to try and seal it internally for a temporary repair. I own a 1988 Carver 3807. Although it is in good shape my major project currently is finding a replacement for the venturi windshield on the flybridge which was lost during an ice storm. I joined this forum in the hopes of connecting with other owners who might have some insight in finding parts for Carvers.

I just joined the Forum to get in touch with other Carver owners. I own a 1976 Carver Santa Cruz that my Wife and I have mostly restored over the last 5 years. I thought this would be a good place to get with other owners to pursue troubleshooting tips, pick up leads for where to find parts, etc. Thanks. Hope to perhaps see some of you on the river or lake. We keep our Carver on the Indian River between Burt and Mullet Lakes in beautiful Northern Michigan.

In our 1983 3207 aft cabin,I was thinking about tearing up the carpet and replacing it with a laminate floor.
Has anyone done anything like this? Im looking for pros or cons about this kind of project.

Where is the Maxwell breaker on a 445?

Have owned my Carver for about a year and a half and love it. I have been meaning to sign up and log on so here I am. My "Lost Shaker of Salt" 3607 is moored on Lake Texoma, Texas. Looking forward to learning this site and getting to know other owners.
