SeaRanger PL-1B Depth finder

Postby wingnutt » October 3rd, 2021, 10:11 pm

The new-to-me Santego 27 I recently acquired had a non functional SeaRanger unit. Being me ... I found a NOS unit and bought that ... and only then find that the paddlewheel sensor (Triducer) on the boat is missing, and was not included with the new unit. The cable is still tied up between the two outdrives.
Of course, as with much of the electronics world, the mfg is defunct.
So ... anyone know of a source for a paddlewheel style transducer? Can transducer wires be spliced?
