What is this?

Mounted on a pole on the radar arch. Seems to have coax cable going to it.

Global positioning system perhaps.
The above is strictly my opinion always based on years of doing...remember to support local business , it pays back.

Somebody on another forum suggested an old Iridium antenna. Cable was cut right at the unit so I can't tell what it might have been connected to.

Well , maybe so, can't really tell from the pic....could be anything that needed an antenna really, not enough info.

Was your boat used for fishing previously ?
