Son was busy, maybe next weekend.
I did remove the bench seat boards to gain access to the duct though.

If you look at the link of the unit I posted which is the unit he ordered, dimension G is the blower outlet which is 6". 7" does not appear until their 20,000 btu units. They did a great job and charged me 6.25 hours labor which I think was good deal.
They put the dinette seat back together as well.
New unit works great.
