DD - I assume you are referencing the CLF code? That happened for me in cooling cycle only. Last fall, I needed heat, and everything ran fine then. Produced plenty of heat in reverse cycle, so I should be fine after I cleared out air flow blockage. (big bag of rags) Did you get the bad unit removed? 8-) er

No sir,
Son was busy, maybe next weekend.
I did remove the bench seat boards to gain access to the duct though.

If you look at the link of the unit I posted which is the unit he ordered, dimension G is the blower outlet which is 6". 7" does not appear until their 20,000 btu units. ;-) Regardless, if the older unit is 7" then an adapter will be required. Looks like HD has one if so required. https://www.homedepot.com/p/7-in-to-6-i ... /100117561

Well, bit the bullet and got the marina to replace the air conditioner unit with the one I purchased.
They did a great job and charged me 6.25 hours labor which I think was good deal.
They put the dinette seat back together as well.
New unit works great.
Thanks guys for all the support and suggestions.

That was smart! Now you have the marina to go back to if anything happens in the short term. You're still way under that original $4800 expense, and you threw some business to the marina. Hope they charged off-season rate. Everybody wins here! 8-) er

6.25 hours seem more than reasonable to me. Sounds like you did pretty well.

:approve:
