Re: 396 a/c discharge problem?
There are a lot of sources for water in the bilge. Best thing to do is assess each system and eliminate, then move on to the next one. Some common culprits are fresh water system leak at fittings and fixtures, hot water tank leaks, systems discharge lines and fittings, engine raw water system leaks, strainers, shower sumps, and anything going through the hull such as shaft logs, seacocks, rudder logs, fasteners, transducers, etc. There are also external possibilities such as rain water, and lake water while underway.

Re: 396 a/c discharge problem?
1. Is it supposed to also discharge water there?
2. How do I clear/clean that line separately?
3. I read about de scaler/barnacle buster and want to run that but again, I have three units all fed off one pump to a manifold and 2-3 seperate discharges. How can I “circulate” the same solution for a couple hours if they’re all sort of “open circuits?”
I’ve read I can also just pump in the solution thru the raw water intake until it comes out the side discharges and then shut off the pump and let it sit/soak for a period and then reconnect to raw water and run as usual. Thoughts? Suggestions?

You could just block two of the hoses and work on one unit at a time. You could probably just force-fit a rubber stopper in the discharge - there's not that much pressure.
