Check and clean all your filters/ return air intake screens etc.......
The above is strictly my opinion always based on years of doing...remember to support local business , it pays back.

Is your sea water pump coming on and flowing water before your compressors start? You may just have to prime the system.

Sounds like they are locking out on lack of water flow.
As others have mentioned, you may need to prime or bleed the condenser water pump. You should have water coming out of at least two through hull fittings on your 530 when the a/c pump is running.
