Yes I installed it pretty straight forward no issues i just had a bit more plumbing to do because we also had a purasan system msd and the control panel operated that at the same time really neat. Anyway there is a loop built in to the toilet that maintains water in the bowl. The flush will swirl just like at home . I had some difficult turns in the routing of the dis charge line and the 1" line was way easier to bend than 1 1/2" so that was great. You'll just step up where ever to your 1 1/2" line with a adaptor. Take a look at the manual for it do it might help to visualize it.
