As others have mentioned take a look at what you have. Pretty simple, the water circulation hose that goes to the side thru hull is obviously the out line of the AC. Hopefully the ducting used by Carver was the standard 6" round at the unit which may or may not need to be lengthened to make the connection. 110v is simply swapped into the new unit and the thermostat will probably need a new wire as they all now use a telephone jack style connection/wire. In my case since the boat is newer and the thermostat wire/connector was already the correct one.

That was the same code as I was getting on mine. The a/c guy that looked at mine said the fan motor 'shorted' out and burnt the board when that happened. It would not heat or cool as the fan wouldn't run. Even when I ran the self diagnostics test it showed all was well. even showed the fan running in all five speeds although it never came on and the water pump did not come on.
