When you installed new hose did you use any type of sealant? I know Carver did which makes them a bear to remove however this made the installation pretty much leak proof leak. You could always heat the hose up on the end to make it more pliable and then tighten your clamps down real good which would make for a more positive seal.

I did some major work and needed to scoop out the holding tank a few years back. Horrible job however I smelled nothing yet my wife could smell it from shore as I worked. A really simple and cheap carbon infused mask was all it took, could not believe how efficient it was. Never gagged, not even close. Just a little tip for anyone working on an open tank or lines.
Does not need to be a fancy one with a valve, any carbon infused one will work as well.

Re: V A C U. FLUSH
Shut vacuflush switch off at 8:00PM. Turned switch back on at 6:30AM. pump did not cycle, vacuum held. PROBLEM solved and resolved.
Only issue that may haunt me is I had no silicone grease to lubricate the o rings, so I had to improvise with a silicone lubricant I had on board.
NOW, to the next issue!, if one arises.
