Being proactive I went and purchased 5 new group 31 batteries from our local cummins dealer just like last time. They were BO on the 1000 cca unit so I took the 925cc ones instead. Regardless, the boat is set up with 2 of them in parallel so I do end up with 1850 cca to start engines which will easily spin over my diesels. Still dirt cheap for what they are even after covid and inflation @ $112 $. Price shown is 135 however they do give you $22 back when you bring in the old ones which brings it down to 112 $. Heck, there is not even a single battery of any size in the Walmart rack selection for that kind of money. Just letting everyone know these are great batteries, no issues whatsoever. https://shop.cummins.com/SC/en-CA/produ ... 0048p2iQAA
