New Battery Bank, now how to charge them!

When you first connected the vic to the bank, if the bank was fully charged, it has probably picked it up but for a setting .....in the manual it says 13,2 for 12volt......
The above is strictly my opinion always based on years of doing...remember to support local business , it pays back.
