oil gauge back light

Postby RWS » September 7th, 2020, 1:45 am

1987 3607' lower level helm oil gauge( original) reads correct pressure but is not eliminating it's red back glow. Is it a simple as replacing a bulb or does the whole unit need to be replace? Thank you for your help and advice.

Thank you.

Should have a small bulb that can be changed or the bulb socket contacts may just be corroded

Yes, it is as simple as a bulb. They also make LED replacements for those too.
