main board

Postby mitchellp » October 19th, 2020, 7:10 am

I have a 1989 Carver 38 Aft boat, I want to change out the light bulbs on the main panel in the salon. How do you do that and what size bulbs?
Thanks
Mitch

Those are common indicator lights. Easy to find at any decent marine supply. 8-) er

The Blue Seas LED indicators won't work, they're too small for the hole. Pretty sure you're looking for 5/16" (8mm). I got green LEDs for 110V, red for the 110V polarity lamps, and yellow for the 12V side. Got them from AliExpress. Also got digital monitors to replace the analog meters. Will install next Spring.

Those look very similar to the SoLiCo lamps I replaced on my Santego. There’s a thread on here of my replacement. If you have SoLiCo lamps let me know And I can help with the part numbers.
