Breakers can go bad with time so I suppose it just got weak and they replaced it with a new one to correct the issue. Happened to me at home with a breaker that was only a few years old. Never been a problem ever since.

Maybe, they could have changed out a gfi style for regular, who knows how the marina is wired......I was curious as usual..... :beergood:
The above is strictly my opinion always based on years of doing...remember to support local business , it pays back.
