Doubt you will find the actual carpet replacement. Go to a carpet dealer, not a big box store, or a custom canvas top shop. Let them know it is for a marine application. They will need to cut the pattern, and bind. Once that is done, you can match up the snaps and pinch them on. I have used a product call Infinity Luxury Woven vinyl. Easy to work with. Very durable and super easy to clean. Good luck. 8-) er
