Really late answer to this question is: sort of. The Victron monitor will monitor voltage of a second battery or bank but not all the fancy whoo haa it will monitor on your primary bank.

Second or starting batt voltage only. Also the new victron monitors are Bluetooth so so can monitor the monitor on your phone. :-D
