You can contact Als Marine Service in Kingston, Ontario, at 1(613) 453-8385. He will have all kinds of options for you from PVC to the rubberized materials that are sold under many names.
He is in Kingston, however, he does travel to do jobs.
He monitors this site and is a marine carpenter by trade.
