Are you talking about the ladder from the swim platform?

On mine, those steps are the same as the ones to the bridge. I had to replace the one to the bridge a couple years ago. I had a chunk of teak just about the perfect size... just cut and milled till it looked the same and I installed it.

I have looked into this as well but not sure I like the way it would take up so much of the platform on our 3607. This winter I am installing the king starboard 3/4 thick tread pattern for my stairs and making them a bit wider than the current teak stairs. Hopefully this makes it a little more stable climbing up to the aft deck.
