Greetings fron the Jersey Shore

I've been arounds boats all my life, but thanks to my son's insistence, we have our first big one! A 2000 Aft Cabin, 326.
My son is a professional mariner and we plan to do some inter-coastal journeys as well as just local fishing and recreational use. My experience has always been with 24 foot and smaller cuddy cabins and runabouts. This is certainly a real learning experience.
Happy to be here and looking forward to sharing info and learning from my fellow members.

Yes, remarkably well. I was able to pull out of the slip and later return without damaging anything or injuring anybody!

It was a bit rough out there though. We're still dealing with the effects of Hurricane Hermine around here. Lots of wind and choppy sea, but this boat handled it well . .
