New guy to the forum

Postby Thom » September 27th, 2016, 9:18 pm

Just bought a 1985 28 Carver Mariner with twin 305 Crusaders. Boat has been well loved and we will continue to take care of her. Any advice or experience is welcome!

Welcome to the forum....Great boats...we had one just like it....big bridge, tons of room for a 28 footer....sold it in 95 and saw it last month, looked like the day we sold it.... :beergood:
The above is strictly my opinion always based on years of doing...remember to support local business , it pays back.

Welcome Aboard. I did look at a 28" Mariner before deciding on my 3007 Aft Cabin. I think it was an 87 and for some reason it had Mercruiser inboard power also 305's if I remember correctly. It was a nice boat too but I do have more room in the 3007.

Good luck with your Mariner.
