We just joined and are so happy to have found this site! We bought our first Carver (28 Mariner) in the 90's and were forced to sell it due to the economic downturn in 2010. Now that we are recovered and have 5 grandkids we wanted to get back to boating. It will be a great experience for them. We LOVE Carvers and really like the lines of the older style. Fortunately we foun d one that our surveyor said was an "oldie but a goodie" and we purchased last fall...too late to use it. Looking forward to getting back out on the water soon!!! We do need to make some replacements and updating so hope all of you will be able to help. :-P

Welcome aboard. Always great to hear about someone getting back into their love of boating after being forced out for so long. Great story, and I'm so happy for you. The younlings are going to love it. No worries about getting help here, we have a great crew so ask away. I know most of us can't wait to help out.

Welcome Aboard. What model and year Carver did you purchase. Inquiring minds want to know. Hope you have a great season. You do have a built in crew.
