Looks good at home....nice to be able to do the work in your own yard. Only thing I would do is add one more set of blocks center rear under the transom, take the load off the keel if the ground shifts.....good luck this winter.
The above is strictly my opinion always based on years of doing...remember to support local business , it pays back.

Good to be home.

For what it's worth, the way she's blocked is not ideal. Under the right conditions, she can roll for or aft when you stack blocks that way. If you're going to use a single block against the hull, it should be the only single on top of crisscrossed doubles, this makes it more stable and prevent the stack from rolling due to high winds or shifting ground. I would also use a couple more jack stands and get rid of the wood posts. Your ground will settle, and when it does, you can adjust the height of the jack stands but not the posts. You'll have to keep an eye on this throughout the season, especially when temps change drastically in late Fall and winter. If the keel blocking settles more than your posts, the posts will lift the hull off the blocks. At that point, it'll be dangerous to try and remove the posts to adjust if you can move them at all, when they're frozen in, it'll be next to impossible. The jack stands also have a bigger foot print which helps spread the load and makes them more stable.

In this particular case, I would not put anything under the transom's center that you can't adjust as the ground shifts. You don't want tons of weight on the transom/aft cabin if the blocking shifts the wrong way.

You obviously are going to need a trailer to move the vessel in the spring. May be a good idea to see if the trailer source would like to store their trailer under your boat for the winter. If she does tip, it is going to be expensive to fix props, shafts, bearings, etc. That is a lot of weight to trust on the ground. Good luck! 8-) er

Looks good!!! Curious for more pics. Can you walk between the railing and the 'camper top' canvas on the aft deck? I can see some advantages to that! Did you find the manuals you were looking for? I was able to find ones for my 350 Crusaders but I had purchased the hardcopy versions a few decades ago. Having an electronic copy is nice because you have access to the info anytime you're near a computer.
