New owner in Texas

We're the new owners of a gorgeous 1997 Carver 430. It is perfect for our family and we can't wait to get out on the water. We're at the survey stage, so it could all go south, but looks great.

This is the largest boat we've ever owned, so we have a LOT to learn and I'm sure I can learn a lot here. We're on Lake Lewisville, just north of Dallas and new to the lake too.

Thanks for the big welcome! I will certainly bring any issues here for advice. It is a beautiful, well-maintained boat, so we're hopeful. The pristine engine room is always a good sign.
