No he did not. He said the heating a\c worked as desired. When I went to look at the boat a couple days later I noticed it was not spraying Water out of either unit. I am hoping I just need to Prime it. I have had to do that before on other boats I have had. This is the first boat I have had that has two a\c units. The sea strainer is fine because when I take cap off strainer Water will flow out of it when I open sea cok. It was just delivered to my marina Saturday so I am hoping to start working on things this week.

If the prime doesn't take care of it you might also just have some gunk on the impeller. Just take the end off the pump and inspect/clean the impeller if that's the case. Then reprime.
