Thanks waybomb for the warm welcome. I wouldn't exactly call it paradise you know, sometimes we have to endure weather below 70°
Can't this week go by faster? Is it Friday yet?

Yep, I absolutely love boating. I do hope that you will utilize the captains services. Hopefully he can take you out on your boat and you can observe then he lets you take the helm and gives out helpful tips and pointers. You have a gorgeous boat. I hope you and your family have many happy, wonderful and safe boating adventures.
I along with many others here look forward to your sea stories as you use your boat.

Congrats! We spent six years in San Diego in the mid-late 80's and we bought our first boat there. San Diego is as close as you can get to paradise in the states

No it can't, but it's finally here. Still early and I haven't heard from the shipper yet, hopefully soon. Thanks bud!
@ Fraser
I've read some of your other posts and have learned quite a bit, thank you for contributing your knowledge. You certainly have a beautiful boat
@ Rick
I already spoke to a Captain yesterday and he is the one that will help me take the boat from the boatyard down to the marina. He will be giving me some instruction on the weekends also Thanks for the advice and the well-wishes.
@ CYO
Thank you! What made you leave San Diego? I've lived in other places/countries but I always come back here, I just love the weather. For boating it seems perfect, I have read about all the things people have to do to winterize their boats and then they can't use them for some time. Glad we don't have to go through that here.
