What has been the biggest waves you've been in?

Very interesting. Ya, I love the deadliest catch. I think the waves are 1/2 of my enjoyment, watching that is. I was almost getting sick last year for the waves on Lake Michigan. They seemed large all summer. I'm hoping they will be better this year but who knows.
I am not sure how they measure the wave heights. We feel that you can add 2' to whatever they come up with and it seems right, but what do I know.
