I do all the maintenance myself so there is no labour cost...just parts. As for the winter, I have a custom made cover that is very popular here in Southern and South Central Ontario. When I figure out how to post a pic, I'll do it. It comes in 3 pieces. Fwd, mid and aft. Full length zippers from waterline to waterline with velcro flaps. Built in vents. I paid 25 per foot to have it made and it paid for itself in about 2 years of shrink wrap. That was 2012. The gentleman who came up with this was a sail maker by trade but is busy making these now. The only thing I built was the ridge beam and A frame on the hard top. The best thing going for winter.

Rick, the shrink-wrap cost amazes me more every time I see it........how do they do it, you are very lucky.......
The above is strictly my opinion always based on years of doing...remember to support local business , it pays back.
