Micro Switch corroded

Postby Salty Cat » January 16th, 2019, 12:21 pm

Carver 3007 1981 Aft Cabin
The micro switch under the forward/reverse lever is totally corroded. Can
anybody advise where to get a micro switch replacement?

Sounds like an interesting combo you have there..is that a single screw?..can you add a little more info, what kind of controller do you have ?
The above is strictly my opinion always based on years of doing...remember to support local business , it pays back.

Anyone that carries Sierra (Seastar Solutions) products can get them or any electronics supplier. You'll need to note the configuration of the switch, some have levers, some don't.

Are you talking about the neutral safety switch ? If so just remove and take to marina, or marine parts on line ......Morse might be seastar / teleflex now or something to that effect like Viper said......they have a tech line I believe.....the Morse neutral switch shows up online from what I can see, but whether available is another story.....good luck with it man...
