Cruising Range
We are about to start our second season with 1st Date, our 1997 400 with Cummins 6BTAs. So far our longest trip was bringing her home to Paris Landing, TN from Green Turtle Bay in Grand Rivers, KY, about a 45 mile cruise. We were able to do this no problem running on the 100+ gallon reserve tank with fuel to spare, running at about 17 knots or so on the plane. Wondering if anyone has figured out a max range (and optimum speed) for this configuration or similar 355/356 with diesels?
Thanks,
-
