Got A New Friend

Postby Midnightsun » September 14th, 2019, 12:40 pm

Unwanted that is. A seagull has decided he want to crack open crayfish on my radar and $hit them out. Been there for a couple of weeks now. Will be ordering one of these https://shop.yachtshop.ca/stopgull-stopgull-keeper.html unless someone can give me a better solution short of bringing my shotgun that is. :-D

I have two gullstop gizmos came with the boat neither have the pin thingie that they mount onto but gullstop must sell those separately or you could likely make one out of something - Hans, I'd be happy to send you one for the cost of shipping - PM me your details

Hope you find a way to eliminate your problem bird. Good luck.

They are pretty to watch, but they are no fun to host. Had one on the deck of my last boat, an express, and couldn't get rid of him. While I was running at WOT 48 mph, he stepped back to the windshield, I clipped his feet with my wiper, and he ended up on the windshield of the CG boat behind me. Got an $800.00 fine. 8-) er
