Brass Propane Bottle Caps

Postby Midnightsun » March 19th, 2020, 6:48 pm

Always was a little gun shy storing propane bottles on board as the inlet/outlet on those 1lb disposable bottles is really cheaply made. Came across these while browsing for another propane related product. Will take a month or so to get but the season is still a ways off. https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B06XX8X4TV/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A18UE1BKIOGECC&psc=1

Nice find!! I like those. Could pay off even if just stopping a little leak and having to refill or replace a bottle every now and then!!

I store mine bottles in a cabinet up on deck, so if they leaked there'd be really no way it could accumulate in the boat, but preventing any leak would be benefitial!

I am kind of glad that I don't have any propane aboard my boat.
