Looking for side hull ventilation covers for 1983 Carver 3607 Aft Cabin

Looking for side hull ventilation covers for 1983 Carver 3607 Aft Cabin. The ones I have are chewed up (previous Operator apparently didn't know how to properly dock a yacht).

I have a couple that are cracked too, but it's my own fault. Not from docking, but from being a bit too aggressive with the polisher in the spring. One other one I cracked with the scrubbing brush. They get a bit brittle and do crack pretty easy.

KM - Thanks for the response.
Do you know of any resource for obtaining replacements?

EBay.
That's where I got mine for the 3697 when I did the rehab a few years ago, and then I did it again last winter because they started yellowing.
Search "boat vent louver"
Sort low to high.
Thanks

I've looked on ebay too. I've seen some stainless ones that look pretty nice but I never got around to actually measuring to see if they were be a perfect fit or if I'd have to do some mods to make them work. It would not be too much work to go with something slightly larger if that was necessary.

Thanks to everyone for the advice!

I looked around (as advised) and found some real nice stainless steel vents. Once I get my measurements, I will order some replacements.

Thanks again!

I'll try to remember to post some photos when I get them installed.
No more plastic for this boat.

Where did you get them? Did you have to do any mods (trimming?) to get the new ones to fit?

What is that larger thing just below them? It looks like another vent?

These new vents are actually a bit shorter than the original vents; but the "ears" (or flange) on each end covers the hole nicely and #8 Stainless Button Head Security Screws work perfectly for securing the new vents (6 screws per vent). I got the linear vents from West Marine.
WEST MARINE
Recessed Louvered 8-Slot Vent
Model # 280746
MFG # 331201WM

The forward linear hull vent is the one that the bilge blower is supposed to exhaust through. Guess what? The cowling that the bilge blower ducts attach to and is supposed to be attached to the inside of the Hull (at that vent location) had fallen off. The cowling is old and brittle and cannot be used (God only knows how long the bilge blowers had been just circulating air inside the engine room - and NOT EXHAUSTING); and the task of trying to find just the right part - and trying to get in there to mount it - I said SCREW IT.
I went on line and found a "Through Hull" bilge blower vent - and that Bell Vent below the linear vents is it! I am replacing the original bilge blower fans tomorrow with a single fan that moves 270 CFM (vs- 127 CFM + 127 CFM / old blowers). I'll keep the old fans as backups.

Just an FYI, as I doubt anyone other than a surveyor would notice, but you are required to have a dedicated bilge blower for each gasoline propulsion engine. Two engines, two separate blowers.
