1988 Mariner salon/cabin side window

Postby SLR » August 25th, 2014, 11:44 am

Hi,
I need some help or imformation for replacing the salon/cabin side window. The boat that was in the slip next to us ,decided to miss the and ended up breaking the window and the metal frame is bent and pieces of it are lost.
I would like to know where a replacement window/frame could be located.
I am in the NYC area.
Thank you
SLR

That's gonna be a tough one. Get in touch with Carver to find out who made the window for them...probably NA Taylor...they can give you the part number for the "window system" then you can contact Taylor to see if they can still make a replacement. Other than finding a used one, this is the only way I can think of to replace.

Thank you, Kenny
Maybe you can help me out with this ,
I have a Dometic refrigerator the compressor is shot. Would you know of a company that I could get a gently used refrigerator. To replace with a new one I'm looking at $$$.....
It seems after I put my toy in the water this season between the window and the refrigerator ...Everytime I go out something else goes wrong ....
Thanks again.

Have you tried googling boat salvage yards, there are a few out there, you may get lucky!
