Marry Christmas
With all the snow here on Georgian Bay, the water levels should be good.

As a boater I say let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. The more snow the better the water levels in the spring and summer.

Up here, the high water levels last Spring caused some huge problems; closed locks, dangerous currents, major flooding, unexpected impacts, etc. For many, it delayed the boating season by quite a bit, not that it was much of a season to begin with! Too bad really, considering the locks were free last summer. Pros and cons to everything I guess.

So far, tons of snow and -32*C the other day!
