At that time, 2121, I plan on being at the bottom of the bay at Fish Creek, WI, taking that eternal nap we all get to. If boats are really hovering, I won't be able to watch those hulls floating by. Oh well, sounds like I have to pick a place closer to the dock. NOW THE GOOD NEWS! Finished my bottom painting yesterday. All my crappy prep jobs are done! Yoo Hoo!!! Now, just put finishing touches on the new flooring, ( Infinity Luxury Woven ), wait 47 more days, and SPLASH! 8-) er

Well, I finally hit the water Friday and Saturday morning I moved my boat into her slip. My permanent dock lines are set up so I am ready to begin my season. The only downer is fuel prices. $4.79 a gallon vs $3.59 last season.

A Pipeline system got hacked....ransom......also MI is in a battle with Canada over the pipeline to Ontario.....there is always something heh.....
The above is strictly my opinion always based on years of doing...remember to support local business , it pays back.

Funny you mention the pipeline. That should have caused prices to go up on in the Southeast part of the country, but actually should have caused an "oversupply" in the rest of the country, driving prices down a bit.

That is, "should have", if it was actually based on supply and demand.

And the pipeline the Governor is having fits about doesn't actually supply any crude, gas or diesel to Michigan, just propane, as far as I can tell, so it shouldn't be actually affecting things either.

But, I agree with you... it's "always something", or anything, that they could use to justify a higher price at the pump.
