We removed all black trim and striping, and changed the striping to blue.

The big black painted surfaces on the side will be covered with glossy DiNoc, which is a 3M product that looks as if it is Carbon Fiber. Haven't done it yet since we are still doing other things, but the DiNoc is ordered, and pix will be posted once complete.

DiNoc...I know you mentioned it before but I forgot what it was called. I am not sure what I will use it for but like you, I think this stuff looks awesome. I love your dash too.

Well, bad news on the 3M DiNoc project. We ordered this stuff way back when, and have been patiently waiting the sign shop, Revolution Design in Benton Harbor, to come through and install the DiNoc. One excuse after another. 6 weeks ago, they apologized again, and said the would do the instal that Thursday, and just for the cost of the material.

Well, that didn't happen.

We are about to splash the boat, so this winter, while the boat is inside heated, my wife and I are going to try this ourselves.

Wish us luck. Everything else we did on this boat was done with total confidence. Applying the DiNoc, well, we're not so sure if it will come out as planned. Be we will give it a go!

Lol! Nothing personal, but you really can't make a Mariner look less ugly...

Ya, ya, ya, I know.
This winter we will do the DiNoc ourselves. I think it will help.
