Mariner notorious issues

Postby amanphoto » August 10th, 2016, 9:38 am

I'm looking at 2nd Generation (late 90's) Carver Mariner 350. What a notoriously know to have go bad? What should I pay special attention to?

I have had our 2001 for 3 seasons. I cant think of anything notorious about the boat..... just be sure to get a survey.

I’ve had my 98 Mariner 350 for 8 years, no unusual problems.
it’s all about previous owner care and maintenance.

We just completed a 500 mile trip in our 98 Mariner 350. A couple of quirky things to look into but completely happy with the boat's performance.

As Fraser stated, get a survey.
