Here's what I have found so far, These are 4" 1n/out connections. P/N 15800088 this is the vertical. The inline 1500098 12" dia X 22' long. I have started to locate both new and used are available.

I assume you mean the 1500088. Let me know which one you manage to fit in there. They are both lift mufflers and while the base mounted unit is a no-brainer in terms of mounting on a horizontal surface, I'm pretty sure the the in-line unit needs to be level which may be a challenge the way the exhaust is configured. You may want to consult with Centek first. If it can be mounted on an angle, it would fit in mine.

I'm very curious on this topic. I have a 1987 Mariner 3297. She is very loud in the marina.. underway its not bad, but I hate to be the first one to fire up in the morning cuase she is soooo loud. I was contimplating putting a down-pipe so it at least goes under the water, but I dont know enough about back pressure and other things that need to be considered and I dont want to screw something up. I do have these "mufflers" inside the bildge. That are black rubber things that connect to the 4" house to the through hull fitting. But that are so small I cant imagine them helping much (but maybe they do)

Anyway, if someone has found a way to quiet these down, I would love to hear about it. Although, I dont want to sacrafice too much economy just to be quieter, but if its minimal, I'm good.

I have Crusader 270's.
