In front I have two relays (the handgrenade style (or tin cans)) which seem to be stuck. Applied power directly to the windlass and it turned so that was a good thing. Now how to dissasemble the winch to clean and grease it.

When looking for a how-to fix the relays I found that Off Roaders use such relays in a single unit these days. So I'll be replacing the tin can relays from 1992 for such a unit and get remote control as a bonus ;)

The circuit brakers near the main switches read 'battery one and two' and nothing to indicate the function of the third. I'll check tomorrow to see if that one is for the windlass.
