Something's not right. I've blocked many a hollow keel and never had that happen. What kind of ground is it, soft muddy grass? If so that's a problem right from the start that you have to take into consideration as it's difficult to keep the load distributed evenly over time. Is she resting on soft ground? They're either doing something wrong or there is something wrong with the keel. It's also not a good idea to use concrete blocks for blocking a boat, I've seen several places use them but they shouldn't. Don't know why they would want to handle that kind of weight all day long to do their blocking anyway.
