440 - 4207 Different draft

The same boat outfitted with Diesel vs Gas are much heavier and should impact the the draft.

The same boat outfitted with Diesel vs Gas are much heavier and should impact the the draft.
Agreed however no more than an inch or so. A full tank of fuel and water is more than diesel powered weight difference compared to gas powered and this is quite negligible.

I don't believe that the specs in these guide books are always correct, best case, measure your own.
