Does this TaMD 74 P have a fuel return system back to the tank...if so something else to check and can be the source of pressure, more fittings etc, the possible leak source. I can't see an external leak under a partial vacuum till it equalizes and there would be no real cause of vacuum on a return system, if it has one....IMO.

Regardless there should be no leak....

Even with a fuel return system there should be no added pressure to a traditional tank system even with a blocked vent. The system can't deliver more fuel to the tank than it extracted, and some of the extracted fuel would be used by the running engine, so again it should cause a vacuum. The returned fuel would be hotter so there may be some expansion, whether it's enough to offset is the question.

There can be other reasons for pressure, but I for one don't know the exact type of system we have here. Let's wait and see what he finds so far.

I only had a few minutes to stop by the boat since posting. The drip stopped but I have not been able to find access to the fuel fill or vent hoses. Thanks for the information so far.
