If at the dock with dockside water, turn off your pump, turn on dockside water and see if you get water at the toilet.
Wait, are you talking about a Vacuflush and you mean it's not building a vacuum to flush? And the vacuum pump is running constantly?

I was thinking the same thing.....anyway we need to know what kind of toilet we are talking about here, some electric macerators take water from the freshwater tank thru the freshwater pump system and some have their own pump and some pull water from a thru hull......
Boss6972, if you could post the toilet type and brand name it would be helpful for the guys ?
